About us

Evolution Factory was born from the passion of its founders to unleash the social capital of people and organizations, combined with the experience in both the social and business world.

We like to work in networks. The family of Evolution Factory consists of many different specialists from The Netherlands, Argentina and other countries. Consultants, designers, creatives, social leaders, strategists, experts in communication and marketing, artists, etc. A diverse group of people but all with a clear ‘can-do’ mindset and a passion for what they do.

Evolution Factory’s founders are:

Mario Raimondi


Mario (Argentina, 1975) studied marketing and emigrated to The Netherlands in 2002 to start working at the sports marketing department of NIKE EMEA, the head office for Europe, Middle East and Africa, in Hilversum. Since the age of 14 he is working as a field hockey keeper trainer as well. Entrepreneur by nature, he started his first company in athletic equipment at the age of 16.

In 2002 he co-founded El Desafío Foundation, a NGO helping children and their families living at risk living in his home town Rosario, Argentina to obtain a better future. In 2009 he received an award for this work as social ambassador from the organization Help Argentina and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Argentina. In 2010 he was selected as ‘person of the year’ by Argentinean television station Canal 3 and finalist of the ‘Rosarian of the year’-election of news portal Rosario.com

His experiences working for El Desafío developed his interest in the impact of companies on the world in general and how to create synergy between the different actors to create a better world for all in specific.

Luz Amuchastegui


Luz (Argentina, 1983) has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, and worked for 4 years in the Human Resources department of General Motors Argentina being responsible for selection, training and development of personnel. She also realized internal communication activities and coordinated the corporate volunteering program.

From 2008 Luz is the vice-director of El Desafío Foundation. As of this experience she started developing ideas on how companies and NGO’s can create integral projects to stimulate social development.

Jorn Wemmenhove


Jorn (The Netherlands, 1984) has a bachelor’s degree in ‘Communication and Information Science’ and a master’s degree in ‘New Media and Digital Culture’, both from Utrecht University in The Netherlands. He gained experience at digital agency Pool Worldwide and also Saatchi & Saatchi | Leo Burnett in Amsterdam where he was involved in seeding, strategy and creation.

At the age of 20, Jorn co-founded NGO El Desafío Foundation, creating a better future for children and their families living in poverty in Argentina. At El Desafío, he is the creative director implementing creativity in the different layers of the organization. He is living in Argentina and The Netherlands.
