Our D&I training is a dynamic, interactive and inspirational session working on the different concepts of innovation. During the training the participants discover and develop their innovative capabilities, and transform ideas into actions that can be used in specific business situations.
Creating a culture of innovation can become a powerful tool in any organization. Every day teams face problems and obstacles and innovative thinking can not only solve these issues, but actually transform them into opportunities for development. This requires a collaborative working environment, which is open to different opinions, inclusive and celebrates diversity.
The training is a dynamic and interactive workshop that provides tools and knowledge to generate new ideas and turn them into opportunities for growth. The workshop is based on different concepts and internationally recognized books like ‘The Element’ by Ken Robinson, ‘The Medici Effect’ by Frans Johansson, ‘The difference’ by Scott Page and ‘The Wisdom of Crowds’ by James Surowiecki, as well as on our team’s own gained experience and knowledge.
From start to finish the workshop reveals connected concepts that will help to gain practical skills and abilities to create a culture of innovation and unleash the creative potential through diversity in any group, organization or company of different sizes.
